RUN CLUB: BUILDING CONSISTENCY, TRACKING PROGRESS!

Run Club continues to grow as more people show up each week committed to moving, improving, and staying consistent. Now, we’re taking it a step further by tracking the progress of our participants—celebrating every milestone, from first miles to faster times. Join us every Thursday at 1500 NW 107 Ave at 7 p.m. and be part of a community where every step forward counts.

What started as a simple weekly meetup to run, walk, and move has quickly become something much deeper for our community. Our Run Club continues to grow every week, bringing together people of all levels who share one goal: to show up, put in the work, and become better—one mile at a time.

Every Thursday at 7 p.m., the energy is different. Some come ready to push their pace, others come to clear their mind after a long day, and many are just starting their fitness journey. But no matter where you’re at, everyone lines up at the same starting point. That’s what makes this special. It’s not about competing against each other—it’s about moving forward together.

As the club has grown, so has our vision. We’re now taking things a step further by making a real effort to track the progress of our participants. This isn’t about pressure or numbers—it’s about giving people the ability to see how far they’ve come. Whether it’s your first time completing the full route, improving your time, running a little further without stopping, or simply showing up consistently, every win matters.

We’ve seen firsthand how powerful that progress can be. Someone who started walking is now jogging. Someone who struggled with a mile is now finishing three. And others who never thought they’d sign up for a race are now crossing finish lines. Tracking these moments allows us to celebrate them properly and remind everyone that growth is happening, even when it doesn’t always feel like it.

The beauty of our Run Club is that it meets you where you are. There’s no “right” way to show up. You can run, walk, jog, or skate—it all counts. What matters is consistency, and that’s what we’re building here. A routine. A habit. A community that holds each other accountable in the best way possible.

Beyond the miles, this has become a space where connections are built. People are meeting others who share similar goals, pushing each other to keep going, and creating a support system that extends beyond the run itself.
