Dimelo305 Joins the 4th Annual Angel at Shortstop Tournament Honoring Fallen Officers
The 4th Annual Angel at Shortstop Tournament brought together families, first responders, community supporters, and organizations dedicated to remembering the lives of fallen law enforcement officers. This meaningful event, led by Bleeding Blue, served not only as a day of softball and community, but also as a space for reflection, unity, and remembrance.
For the families in attendance, this gathering represents more than tradition — it is a moment where the names and stories of their loved ones are honored out loud, surrounded by people who understand the weight of their sacrifice. The tournament creates an environment where grief meets legacy, and where loss is transformed into purpose.
Dimelo305 had the privilege of attending and capturing the heart of the event. From conversations on the field to moments shared between families and officers, the day highlighted the deep bond that exists between those who serve and those who continue their memory.
Community events like this are reminders that service does not end when a uniform comes off — its impact lives on in the families left behind, in the departments who continue to stand beside them, and in the communities who refuse to forget.
We are grateful to have participated in an event that reinforces the importance of honoring and supporting those who sacrificed for the safety of others. Thank you to Bleeding Blue and everyone who continues to protect the legacy of our fallen heroes, ensuring that their names and their stories remain present — not just in ceremony, but in community.
